Microblog 6: The Eye of the Storm is in View
Just saying the title of this blog is totally NOT A FORTNITE REFERENCE
Ok maybe it kind of is...
But I really wanted to talk about the maaaaajor buildup that has been going on between the main characters of my book. All of the summaries that you can find on the internet always talk about this moment where they finally meet each other, but when I first started to read I was not very optimistic about when this would actually happen. BUT NOW I SEE THEIR STORIES COMING TOGETHER. I get that this probably happens to 100% of people who read this book, but I enjoy speculation and I think that it makes a book that much more fun to read if you try to think of how the book is actually going to unfold into what summaries online say. So far, I think that Burnham is going to be asked by Holmes to work on his project. My best guess is that Holmes is going to try to find flaw in his work. Although firing people by calling them out on every one of their mistakes has been the way that Holmes has kept his true motivation for making the hotel a secret. But what would happen if he could not find flaw in Burnham's work?
The only problem with this prediction is that Burnham is VERY busy with his designs for the World's Fair. I doubt that he would take any more jobs until the fair is complete. This makes me think that Burnham is going to meet him at the fair. The only problem is that the fair's completion is a LONG ways away. If this book is just a lot of filler for two pages of climax where they meet each other I will NOT be pleased.
Moral of the story: Dream on, not to be accurate but for your own fun as well!
